CANADA BASED NURSE ASSISTANT (PARTIAL SPONSORSHIP)

One of EP Services’ partners in Ottawa, Ontario (Canada ) is looking for Multiple Nurse Assistants under IMP (International Mobility Program)❗


Location : Ottawa, Ontario (Canada )


1- JOB DESCRIPTION :

A nurse assistant in Canada (commonly called a nurse aide, health care aide, or continuing care assistant)assists nurses, doctors, and hospital staff with direct daily patient care, vital signs tracking, and room upkeep in facilities like hospitals and nursing homes


2- DUTIES :


▪️ Bathe, dress, groom, and clean patients; serve meal trays, feed patients, and empty bedpans.

▪️ Lift, turn, weigh, and position patients, and move them using wheelchairs or stretchers.

▪️ Take blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration; record fluid intake and output; and collect urine, stool, or sputum samples.

▪️ Make beds, clean patient rooms, manage supply stock, and transport lab items or messages between departments



3- REQUIREMENTS :

▪️ private health care aide / personal support worker program with supervised practical training.

▪️Strong verbal communication and active listening skills for speaking with the public.

▪️Discretion and strict adherence to privacy rules regarding confidential health records.

▪️ Willing to undergo On-the-job training is often provided for clinic-specific software.
