1- JOB DESCRIPTION :
A Parking Attendant directs drivers, collects fees, issues tickets, and manages parking lot flow, ensuring safety and efficiency by monitoring for permits, resolving conflicts, and maintaining clear traffic; key duties involve customer service, cash handling, basic patrols, and sometimes operating boom gates or moving vehicles, requiring good communication, observation, and physical stamina.
2- DUTIES :
▪️ Traffic & Direction: Guide vehicles to available spots, direct traffic flow, and help customers park and exit safely.
▪️Fee Collection & Ticketing: Issue entry/exit tickets, calculate charges, and collect payments (cash/card), handling transactions accurately.
▪️Monitoring: Patrol lots to ensure vehicles are parked correctly, check for valid permits, and prevent obstructions.
▪️Customer Service: Greet patrons, answer questions, and resolve issues with courtesy.
▪️Safety & Security: Maintain a safe environment, report issues, and may handle minor conflicts.
3- REQUIREMENTS :
▪️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
▪️Ability to work outdoors in various weather and stand for long periods.
▪️Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and holidays.
