1- JOB DESCRIPTION :
A UK Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, evidence-based care to patients, working within a multidisciplinary team in settings like hospitals, care homes, or community health. Key duties include assessing, planning, and implementing care, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient safety. Nurses must hold valid NMC registration.
2- DUTIES :
▪️ Clinical Care: Assessing, planning, and evaluating patient care plans.
▪️ Medication Management: Administering medication, injections, and treatments.
▪️ Monitoring: Observing patients, monitoring vital signs, and recording conditions.
▪️ Support: Providing emotional support to patients and their families.
▪️ Documentation: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date patient records.
▪️ Coordination: Working with doctors and healthcare teams to coordinate care and discharge.
▪️ Safety: Adhering to infection control standards and maintaining a safe environment.
▪️ Leadership: Supervising junior staff, healthcare assistants, and student nurses.
3- REQUIREMENTS :
▪️ Education: A degree or diploma in nursing (Adult, Child, Mental Health, or Learning Disability).
▪️ Registration: Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
▪️ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪️ Problem-solving: Ability to make clinical decisions and work under pressure.
▪️ Empathy: Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
