1- JOB DESCRIPTION :

A Hotel Cleaner in Canada is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in guest rooms and public areas, including making beds, changing linens, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms/kitchenettes, while also attending to guest needs, reporting maintenance issues, and following safety standards, all within a fast-paced, detail-oriented role. Key duties involve daily room cleaning, thorough turnover cleaning (after checkout), managing laundry, and ensuring high standards in lobbies, hallways, and other common spaces.


2- DUTIES :

▪️ Making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels.
▪️ Dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning all surfaces.
▪️ Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing bathrooms and kitchen fixtures.
▪️ Restocking toiletries, linens, and amenities.
▪️ Emptying trash and removing debris.
▪️ Sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors in lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
▪️ Cleaning and disinfecting public restrooms, changing rooms
▪️ Responding to guest requests for extra supplies or services.
▪️ Reporting maintenance issues
▪️ Handling lost and found items.
▪️ Managing laundry, including collecting, sorting, and potentially washing/folding.
▪️ Adhering to strict health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.


3- REQUIREMENTS :

▪️ Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shifts.
▪️ Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for cleanliness and spotting issues.
▪️ Time Management: Efficiently completing tasks within set timeframes.
