Our client is looking for a Travel Agent / Personal Holiday Advisor worldwide.

Position Title: TRAVEL AGENT / PERSONAL HOLIDAY ADVISOR

A Travel Agent or Consultant in the UK researches, plans, and books customized travel itineraries (flights, hotels, tours) for leisure or corporate clients while working to specific budgets. Key duties include providing expert destination advice, handling payments and bookings, managing travel documents (visas/passports), and resolving issues. 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Resolving travel issues, handling cancellations, and processing refunds. 

Customer Consultation: Discussing travel requirements to create customized itineraries.

Booking and Administration: Making, confirming, and amending bookings for flights, hotels, and tours using computer reservation systems.

Sales and Marketing: Meeting sales targets, promoting travel packages, and maintaining client databases.

Travel Advice: Providing essential information on passports, visas, travel insurance, vaccinations, and currency.
