To be considered for any of the positions that we have, candidates must go through the following process. No exception shall be made :
- FIRST STEP OF THE PROCESS
1- Email your CV (Curriculum vitae) to customerserviceteam@epservices.agency.
2- If you have a cover letter, please, email it to customerserviceteam@epservices.agency.
3- After emailing your CV and Cover Letter, please, wait for Customer Service to acknowledge your items prior to scheduling a meeting with us. https://calendly.com/eugenepoma.
- SECOND STEP (THIS STEP IS ONLY CONTINGENT UPON COMPLETING THE ENTIRETY OF THE FIRST STEP PROCESS. NO EXCEPTION SHALL BE MADE. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THIS SECOND STEP UNTIL YOU HAVE SCHEDULED A MEETING WITH US AND OBTAINED PRIOR APPROVAL).
1- (Remote Workers only). If you are not working remotely, please, move on to the next one.
- Take this typing test as well https://www.typing.com/en-gb/student/tests. When you are finished, take a screenshot of the results and send it to customerserviceteam@epservices.agency
- Take this speed test https://www.speedtest.net/. Once you are finished, please, email the results to customerserviceteam@epservices.agency
2- Please, review the policy with regards to DBS checks per the UK government’s rules and regulations if you are applying to work in the UK. : https://www.gov.uk/criminal-record-checks-apply-role/print. Criminal Record checks are required for foreign workers in order to be eligible for employment in the UK. Refusal to submit to a DBS check will lead to dismissal and ban from job consideration for a period of up to 5 years. Keep in mind that this rule only applies to applicants who are interested in working in the UK.
3- Here is the list of DBS forms for every country that is covered under that agreement. https://epservices.online/market-research/. Download the Criminal Record form pertaining to your country of residence. Fill it out and send it to customerserviceteam@epservices.agency for review and submission
4- If you are applying to work in Canada, disregard step 2 and 3, and simply wait for Customer Service to get back to you once you have completed your interview step.
- FINAL STEP
1- if your DBS check comebacks clean, an offer letter will be extended to you. You can review the letter, accept the conditions and sign it or you can counter it and/or decline it.
2- Once the offer letter has been signed and the employment is final, we can apply for your visa (ONLY APPLIES TO IN PERSON WORKERS THAT FALL UNDER THE SKILLED WORKER VISA SCHEME. FOR REMOTE WORKERS, PLEASE, DISREGARD THIS PHASE)
