1- JOB DESCRIPTION :

A Food and Beverage Assistant provides catering services for an event. They may work at different entertainment or professional venues, such as hotels, conference rooms, concert halls, bars, or art galleries. Their primary duty is to serve food and beverages to event participants or guests, but they also prepare dining areas and tables, address visitor questions and needs, and clean venues after an event. They follow the directions of catering supervisors and may assist other event staff, such as cooks, other servers and event organizers.


2- DUTIES :

▪️ Prepare dining tables with clean plate ware, flatware, glasses, napkins, and decorations
▪️ Prepare food by plating and arranging it as necessary
▪️ Take orders and answer guest questions about the catering menu
▪️ Serve plated dinners to guests and wait tables or serve them in a buffet-style line
▪️ Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and serve them to guests
▪️ Ensure guests have everything they need at all times, including napkins and water
▪️ Ensure cleanliness of tables, floors and other surfaces during and after an event by collecting dirty dishes, sweeping and mopping, and cleaning spills
▪️ Assist kitchen staff with tasks such as washing dishes and stocking and organizing ingredients

Notice : This is a Partial Sponsorship position ! Partial Sponsorship de facto signifies that not all aspects of the procedures and process will fall under the entity’s prerogatives with regards to Foreign Workers recruitment.
